Return & Refund Policy

At Sneyura, we strive to deliver products that meet your expectations in terms of quality and design. As a clothing brand offering curated combo collections, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy except in cases of incorrect or mismatched items.

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if the product delivered to you is different from what was ordered, such as receiving the wrong item, size mismatch within the combo, or a completely incorrect product. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at official.sneyura@gmail.com with clear images and an unboxing video as proof of the issue.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or provide further instructions. After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process a replacement. Refunds will only be issued in cases where a replacement is not available.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, size issues (unless it is a mismatch from our side), or minor color variations due to lighting and photography.

Sneyura reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
