Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During high demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer shipping across India, and delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery times may be affected by factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details to monitor the status of your delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order. Sneyura will not be responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. In some cases, we may offer free shipping as part of promotional offers.

If you fail to receive your order due to unavailability at the delivery address or incorrect details provided, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

While we work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery, Sneyura is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery-related concerns.
